Troubleshoot: I don’t see an option to Upload Templates on DocuSign

1. Navigate to DocuSign Admin Sending Settings:
   https://admin.docusign.com/sending-settings

   

2. Scroll to the very bottom of this page, check the box for Enable template upload under "Templates":

. 3. Click Save!

Troubleshoot: I don’t see an option to “Include In Matching”

1. Navigate to DocuSign My Template Preferences:
   https://app.docusign.com/preferences/template-matching
   

   

2. Click the checkbox next to "Match templates to uploaded files" and click Save:
