  1. Log in to SkySlope on the Treb homepage and click on SkySlope Forms.

  2. Type in "send.skyslope.com" on your browser and navigate to DigiSign.

  3. From the DigiSign Dashboard, go to the Envelopes tab and click New Envelope.

  4. Upload the offer document that you received from Fast Offers.

  5. Click on Apply Template located at the bottom-right of the page.

  6. On the Apply Template page, you will see a list of your documents on the left column, a document preview in the center, and a list of your templates on the right.

  7. Select the custom template that you created for this offer.

  8. After selecting the template, you will see the name of the applied template at the top of the preview window, and colored tags that indicate the number of signers in that template.

  9. Confirm that all the blocks in the template are in the correct place using the preview window, then click Next to proceed.

  10. On the Recipients page, you will be prompted to add details for each recipient that was pre-placed on the template.

  11. Click on the "+" icon to add the recipient's name and email address.

  12. The Action Required will match the action that was selected when the template was created.

  13. After adding the recipient details, click Save.

  14. If you need to add any additional recipients, you can do that now, or click Next to move on to the next page.

  15. On the document tagging page, any signatures, dates, initials, or other block types that were added when preparing your template will be automatically applied.

  16. If necessary, you can still make any edits or adjustments before sending.

  17. Give your documents a final review, and then click Send.

  18. After clicking Send, you'll be able to edit the subject line and email message that will be included with the recipient's invitation to sign the document.

  19. Once you're done, click Send for Signatures and your offer is sent for signature.

And that's it! With these steps, you can easily apply a custom DigiSign template on an offer generated from Fast Offers.
