  1. Log in to SkySlope: Go to the homepage of Treb and look for the "SkySlope Forms" button. Click on it to log in to SkySlope.

  2. Access DigiSign: Once you're logged in to SkySlope, open your browser and type "send.skyslope.com" into the address bar to access DigiSign, which is the eSignature portion of SkySlope, similar to DocuSign or AuthentiSign.

  3. Go to the Templates section: Once you're in DigiSign, navigate to the Template section: send.skyslope.com/templates

  4. Upload the blank offer: The first step in creating a new template is to upload a document. Click on the "Upload Document" button, and select the "Lease Agreement Fast Offers" document from your computer. If you don't have it, download it from this link: https://bit.ly/blankoffers

  5. Name the Template: On the left side choose a name that's easy to remember, such as "Condo Lease".

  6. Add recipients: In the Recipient section, you'll see the first section for the role, click on it and select "Purchaser/Tenant". Then, click on the "+" button to add another recipient. Select "Me" as the second recipient.

  7. Add signatures and initials: Now, it's time to add signatures and initials to the document. First, click on the Signer section at the top and select "Purchaser/Tenant".

  8. Add initials: To add initials, click on the "Initial" button in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Then, click on the page where you want the initial to be placed. Repeat this step for all the places where the tenant's initials are required

  9. Add signatures: To add a signature, click on the "Signature" button in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Then, click on the page where you want the signature to be placed. Repeat this step for all the places where the tenant's signature is required

  10. Add dates: To add a date, click on the "Date" button in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Then, click on the page where you want the date to be placed. Repeat this step for all the places where the tenant's date is required

  11. Add your initials and signatures: Once you've added all the tenant's initials, signatures, and dates, click on the "Signer" button at the top and select "Me" as the role. Then, add your initials and signatures to the document in the same way that you added the tenant's initials, signatures, and dates.

  12. Review the document: Once you've finished adding all the required signatures, initials, and dates, review the document to make sure everything is in the right place. Make any necessary changes, and then save the document as a template.
